How to drink 3 to 4 liters of water a day ?

 Our body is around 60% of water and it is majorly recommend by doctor's and  morden science to drink at least 3 to 4 liters of water a day for health benefits like metabolism boost, skin glow,detoxification etc. but nobody talks about how to drink 3 to 4 liters of water a day.


That's why I am sharing 5 ways to drink 3 to 4 liters of water a day.

1.FLAVOR THE WATER.

If the water does not appeal to you or you don't like the taste of water all you can do is  add a few slices lemon,ginger,cucumber, strawberry, basil in mason jars when you are at home and water bottles when you go out just to add a little bit flavor to your water.[Don't use artificial sweeteners & flavors or sugar].


2. KEEP WATER WITHIN REACH !

From the moment you wake up you must have access to water keep beside your bed ,your car,your collage desk , your workplace etc.

3.HABIT BUILDING.

Pick a habit of yours and associate drinking water with it for example for example my habit is to eat every two hours so I drink about 1 glass of water  5 minutes before every meal that's six to seven glass of water just following by my habit,some people have a glass of water every time they use restroom similarly every time you log on to instagram drink a glass of water .it's up to you no one knows you better than yourself.


4.APPS FOR WATER DRINKING MANAGEMENT.

these days you have apps for every thing but not just tracking the amount of water you've drunk today but also to send you reminders to drink water.you can easily find those apps on app store or play store just searching by it.


5.FEAR.

Everytime you drink glass of water fill the next one up and keep it on the table beside you chances are that you will finish it in the next 10 minutes in the fear of something falling into it this trick always works for me .
